All sales are final once production begins on decorated products. Returns and refunds are for blank products only subject to fees. We will refund for purchases within the above listed time frame for the amount of the blank shoelaces only this is minus shipping. The blank must be in like new condition with no noticeable wear. Item must be in its original packaging when it is returned and will be subject to a restocking fee of 20%. No returns are allowed for exchange or store credit. Return packaging must have the RMA(return authorization number) clearly written. This number will be given by us via email as acceptance of your return for refund.
Embrace Shoelace Designs products are made-to-order with the best quality materials possible using our state-of-the-art digitizing and embroidery services in the form of a unique process.
Embrace Shoelace Designs takes great pride in its commitment to customer satisfaction. However, certain circumstances are beyond our control. Please note that we cannot be responsible for:
- Spelling, punctuation or grammatical errors made by the customer.
- Inferior quality or low-resolution of uploaded images.
- Design errors introduced by the customer in the design creation process.
- Errors in user-selected options such as product type or size.
- copyright infringements.
Please examine your designs carefully and correct any mistakes prior to placing your order. In an effort to keep costs down and pass substantial savings along to our customers, Embrace Shoelace Designs does not proof documents created by its customers prior to processing. No production work will be started until the customer has made payment in full. Orders may be cancelled prior to production for decorated product and prior to packaging and shipping for blank product.
