Do you have a store front or a website store?
No, we invoice service orders and gift shop products you want to purchase. we make items plain or personalize to your order. Gift shop item purchases can also be made at our events posted at top of the page.

We make arraignments for you to drop off and pick up items in the Milwaukee area. You can also meet us at events listed at the top of the page.

Yes, we can invoice you for service and gift shop item purchases. You tell us what you want by email or phone. We no longer offer sales directly from our website.

Send us your art work and we can match it and send back a reproduction via Corel draw. The payment of your invoice indicates approval and the work can begin.
Are all shoelace designs available on other accessories and garments?
Yes, you can send us an email and we can add the design of your choice.
How do I order items displayed in the gift shop?
You can contact us by email or leave a phone message and we will contact you to invoice you for the item of your choice as is or personalized. You are invited to meet us at the events scheduled at the top of the page to order or make payment.

No, service orders require you to bring your items to us and pick them up upon completion. We ship gift shop items usually outside of the Milwaukee area.

We generally within 7 to 10 business days but larger or complicated orders may take longer.

Yes, we can send a form for you to elect tax exempt status if you are a nonprofit or a reseller.

No, this is because the ability to resell would be questionable, therefore we take pre decorated product returns in good condition only.
