Do you have a store front?

No, we are e commerce only.


How do you deliver completed orders?

Generally by mail in the US only. But we can make arraignments for you to pick up or drop off items in the Milwaukee area.


I'm not tech savvy. Can I purchase without using the website? 

Yes, we can invoice you just tell us what you want by email.

How do I make requests for special designs?

Send us your art work and we can match it and send back a reproduction your payment indicates approval and the work can begin.


Are all shoelace designs available on headbands and hair bows?

Yes, you can send us an email and we can add the design of your choice.


Can I order direct and avoid the website?

Yes you can contact us by email or leave a phone message and we will contact you.


Do you ship outside of the USA?

No, in the future we will ship international.


Do you deliver orders other than by mail?

Service orders require you to bring your items to us and pick them up upon completion. Website orders are by standard mail with free shipping.


How long does it take for completion of your order?

We generally ship within 7 to 10 business days but have little say over the postal service which may have delays.


How do you handle returns?

We have a 30 day return policy see terms of service page for details.


Do you pay for return shipping?

No, return postage is the responsibility of the buyer and there are no additional charge.


Do you accommodate non profits and tax exemptions?

Yes, we can send a form for you to elect tax exempt status if you are a nonprofit or a retailer.


Can custom orders be returned?

No, this is because the ability to resell  would be questionable, therefore we take pre decorated product returns only.


Is there a cost for returns?

No special return fee or restocking fee only postage cost.


Do you have a store front we can visit?

No, we are e commerce only.
